Dear Phil and Nick, We just wanted to send a note to you and your team for all your efforts and world class service at our wedding a few weeks ago. We cannot convey the level of our appreciation but we will try. From start to finish you blew Sean and I, not to mention our guests away. The food was simply outstanding. Every single guest has commented that they have never experienced food like it at a wedding, ever, and it really was Michelin star quality. Nick THE CAKE it was a cake we only thought existed in fairy tales. It was breathtakingly beautiful and beyond that the taste was sensational.
The service from the floor managers to the waiting staff was exceptional, so professional on every level, and the BBQ the next day was more like a wedding banquet than a ‘throw another shrimp on the it’ affair, mind blowing! We simply cannot rave enough. You and your team are true superstars and i don’t doubt are going to have a glittering future at Dougherty and Allen.
Please send our love and thanks to the entire team. You all went above and beyond and we will never forget it.
All our love Jo and Sean Gibson 28th June 2014
Judy and I wanted to say what a wonderful day we had &, in no small part due to your efforts & those of your team. Everything about the meal was wonderful – the linen, glasses & cutlery but in particular the canapés & meal & all the people we have spoken to thought the food was beautiful & could not be bettered. We appreciated you including crab in the ravioli – a very nice touch. I realise that running the bar & keeping the thirsty welsh supplied was not easy but, again, thank you
We would not have any hesitation in using you again or recommending you to our friends.

It’s the perfect place just outside the city centre for a birthday celebration, christmas party, family get together or a meeting place for any social group. In the take over we’ve introduced live football to the bar screening all major premier league matches with a £2 special… Read More…
